    Workout Description: T This workout is an intense all-levels boot camp that will have everyone in your group feeling it from start to finish.

    The BLAST OFF! is an endurance builder for everyone and will have your crew looking at the clock after phase 2.

    This workout requires no major equipment, just 3 pylons and "optional' exercise mats.

    Use this workout indoors or outdoors!

    I've designed the BLAST OFF! boot camp to combine compound movements and exercises in a structure that will shock your clients bodies and give them the results they are looking for.

    It's fun, function, and extremely versatile.

    I love using this workout because it's so welcoming to new clients with a lower fitness level, but at the same time will still push my advanced clients to their limits! The beauty of this workout is that everyone goes at their own speed/pace and determines what they get out of it.

    If your looking to step up the difficulty even more you can add weights to the lower body moves in phase 3.
