Alright guys, here is the 4 square circuit! We use all 4 corners of the workout area, each with different things going on.
I set the timer for 10 minutes and had clients rotate clockwise around the workout area.
Clients spread out and each started in a corner.
They did 20-25 reps of each exercise in the corner then did a exercise on the move to the next corner.
They rotated through as fast as they could!
I love this style of workout.
Its great for beginners and advanced and gives us opportunity to get a full body workout.
This workout was a lot of fun.
Between rounds I through in some boxing.
I tell clients to get all there frustrations out!
