This boot camp circuit workout is a huge calorie burner from start to finish! I call it trainers revenge because the difficulty is determined by how much you push your clients to give it everything they got.
In Phase 3 “Bandit Circuit” Station 4 we do sprints.
If clients go full out and sprint 100% this workout is a 10/10 difficulty, but if they go half-ass it’s a 6/10 difficulty.
Use this workout as an opportunity to unleash your training and motivational skills to push your clients to the next level.
Remember, Life is Not a Practice Run, Make It Count! Your clients are there for a reason.
The resistance bands bring it to a whole new level and adding in dumbbells takes the intensity even further.
If you do not have resistance bands or dumbbells, no worries, you can still use this workout by modifying the exercises that use them.
The beauty of all AXFIT workouts is you can substitute in or out any exercises to adjust for your terrain, clients, or equipment.
