This Hurricane Hustler boot camp workout has some new drills i've been working on.
In phase 3 we do these crazy suicides where you do each pylons exercise every single time.
The suicides build until you reach the end.
I will be creating a full workout blueprint with full video next spring.
I had to work out a few kinks I learnt when I filmed this boot camp.
